SHIPPING AND RETURNS

AVAILABILITY

Extreme Winter Equipment puts all its efforts to ensure that the availability of products on the site is always up to date.

However, in the unlikely event that a product listed as available is out of stock, the customer will be promptly notified by e-mail so that he can decide whether to wait for the product to become available again, or cancel the order placed in whole or in part, eliminating from the order products no longer available in stock.

In the event that the availability of the product is due to a definitive stop of production Extreme will offer the customer an alternative product, in case of refusal by the customer Extreme Winter Equipment will refund the unavailable product.

SHIPMENTS

It is important to us that you are satisfied, which is why we try to be as precise, fast and reliable as possible from the moment of order to delivery.

We ship throughout Italy within 48/72 hours after receipt of order.

We process orders normally within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day of receipt. Orders received by 10:30 a.m. are usually dispatched in the afternoon of the same day, while those received after 10:30 a.m. are usually dispatched the following day. When the order is dispatched, we entrust the products to the courier or forwarding agent of our choice for dispatch to the address indicated by the Customer and summarised in the order confirmation.

Deliveries are made by ground transport within the next 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

The delivery times indicated refer to purchases with payment by Credit Card, Paypal and Cash on Delivery.

Different payment methods such as Advance Transfer may change the delivery time as the order will only be processed when we receive confirmation of the bank credit.

We would like to point out that: it is not possible to provide a guarantee on processing and delivery times, because the variables involved are different and unforeseen events may occur due to force majeure (in these cases we will try to give due notice where possible). Especially once you have entrusted your order to the courier, it is not possible to determine and guarantee a precise delivery time.

No liability, on any grounds whatsoever, can be attributed to us if the products are not delivered in accordance with the indicative deadlines.

RETURNS

To exercise this right, the customer must request authorization from Extreme Winter Equipment to return or exchange goods, by sending the request by e-mail to the address: extremewinter@extremewinter.it

once the return authorization has been received, the customer who wishes to exercise this right must return the goods within 30 days of receipt to: Extreme Winter Equipment srl via 1 May 32 46039 Villimpenta MN

Insert a reminder inside the package with the request for a refund or size exchange.

By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer.
The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
EXTREME WINTER EQUIPMENT SRL is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
In the event of damage to the goods during transport, EXTREME WINTER EQUIPMENT will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured). In this eventuality, the product will be made available to the customer for its return at the same time as canceling the request for withdrawal.

EXTREME WINTER EQUIPMENT will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 14 calendar days of the return of the goods.

The right of withdrawal is lost entirely, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where EXTREME WINTER EQUIPMENT ascertains:

  • The damage to the product is due to causes other than its packaging
  • the product defect is due to inappropriate use or washing 
  • in the case of particularly discounted items and discontinued series where it is indicated in the descriptions

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, EXTREME WINTER EQUIPMENT will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
